Unitree G1+ (“Full Evolution”) is the upgraded G1 line. According to Unitree: standing size 1340×450×200 mm, approx. 35 kg, 25 DoF on the base version (including 2 in the neck), 25 to 45 DoF on EDU.
Six upgrades (unitree.com/G1plus)
- Movable neck with 2 DoF: pitch from approx. −25° to 36°, yaw ±110°.
- Stronger motors: peak shoulder and waist torque 110% higher, arm 43% higher; less heat, according to Unitree.
- Richer vision: stereo camera, wide-angle camera and 3D LiDAR.
- Head touch sensor.
- External power and continuous charging for long demos or lab use.
- Far-field audio: six microphones and two 10 W speakers in the waist.
The EDU version supports custom software development, has an optional high-performance compute module and a higher arm payload according to the manufacturer’s table. Unitree says different dexterous hands can be added to the G1+; we confirm the specific configuration in our quote.
