Imitation learning: unitree_lerobot
Unitree’s official imitation-learning tools, built on Hugging Face LeRobot.
Status: an official open-source project (GitHub and Unitree’s official open-source list).
unitree_IL_lerobot is the former name; the current repository is unitree_lerobot (the old address redirects to it). It is Unitree’s official version of Hugging Face LeRobot for collecting and converting data, training and evaluation on the G1 with dexterous hands (the repository describes G1 with Dex1 and Dex3 as the baseline).
- Supports LeRobot datasets version 2 and 3; policies including ACT, Diffusion, pi0 and pi0.5 (according to the release notes).
- Licence: Apache-2.0 (LICENSE file, plus NOTICE for the upstream project).
- Unitree’s open-source list still shows the project as unitree_IL_lerobot.
